Gramercy Return Policy


Gramercy strives for customer satisfaction – we want you to love your new linens and accessories. If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased online, you may return the item within 10 days for a full refund - minus the shipping, handling or other charges. Please read the following steps/conditions for returning an item:

  • Return your unused, un-opened item within 10 days from delivery. Items that have been used, handled, or laundered will not be refunded.

  • Return all items in the original packaging. We can not accept returns on any item that has been handled and removed from the original, manufacturer packaging.

  • Contact us prior to returning your item for a Return Authorization number. You will not be refunded for any item(s) returned to the shop without a RA#. Be sure to include this number on your receipt and enclose in your return package.

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the store.

*SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM BEDDING, SALE ITEMS, DISCONTINUED MERCHANDISE OR MONOGRAMMED ITEMS - Special orders include anything that is ordered for a customer because it is not currently something in the shop.

Items purchased or mailed out of the Continental US are non-returnable.
